What a pleasant experience! I ordered my first EUC (Gotway Mten3) from ewheels.com back at the end of August. I was aware that it was back-ordered and the staff from ewheels.com continued to provide me with updates on the ETA. I was very impressed with their prompt responses! My kids and I had so much fun with the Mten3! They picked it up really quick and soon were doing quick turns and jumps. But we blew out the tire after just three days! My oldest boy started doing jumps on the third day and that was when we blew out the inner tube near the valve stem. Slime wasn't able to fix it and so I ordered two more inner tubes from ewheels.com. 6 hours after I had placed my order, a staff member from ewheels.com contacted me and informed me that they would compensate the inner tubes! Wow! That is some quality service! I really appreciate ewheels.com going above and beyond and always answering our questions/concerns promptly. I have since now ordered a second Mten3 and have converted my first Mten3 to tubeless tires. Thank you eWheels.com! - Konnor N.
