This is my 3rd purchase from ewheels.com. My first was a scooter, second purchase was a Gotway RS. The new hollow motor that come with that model has a known defect and this one was unfortunately defective. I learned how to ride an EUC before the defect made itself known. I informed ewheels about the problem, and they sent me a shipping label the same day. I asked to swap it for a more reliable model, since the hollow motor design has issues. Swapped it out for a KingSong 16x. It has been very reliable since the swap. Service from ewheels and the KingSong 16x has been awesome.
