I briefly spoke over the phone with them to change my shipping options and received very informative info about the EUC (KS16X) I was purchasing. This is my first EUC and eWheels was recommended by a Friend who owns several EUC's. I thank eWheels for the service and feel comfortable calling about any questions or about parts needed in the future. My KS16X arrived fast and in good solid packaging along with the 5A rapid charger and neoprene EUC cover I ordered (I highly recommend both accessories to others and both are solid quality). I really appreciated the "getting started with your wheel / recommendations" email I received from eWheels prior to the EUC arriving from shipment; it allowed me to have the wheel up and running in minutes out of the box. I will definitely be ordering from eWheels in the future.
