This was my first shopping experience with ewheels. I found them after google searching for the T10-DDM / Lightning+ / whatever other name it goes by :) I settled on ewheels for a few reasons. 1) Their rating was fantastic 2) Everything was in stock, and spares / accessories were as well. 3) Warranty on the Lightning So, with a gulp and a breath, I spent 2200 bucks. I was contacted within 15 minutes of my purchase letting me know the scooter was shipping out that day, and that my free accessories will be coming soon when they restock. Great communication, fast shipping, and the product arrived just as it was supposed to - and undamaged. Shipping took longer than it should have, but that was because of New Years - not because of ewheels.
