I am a huge fan of eWheels purely due to the level of customer service. They excel at taking care of their customers beyond the the product support. Here is my example with the purchase of my Kingsong s18... I made initial purchase at eWheels of Kingsong s18 in July of 2020. This was to be my second EUC from eWheels as I purchased the Kingsong 16x in February 2020 and was very happy with it. That being said eWheels notified me of delays due to pandemic and production with the manufacturer of which I was satisfied to wait (thanks to their consistent updates). It finally arrived 2 days before Christmas and eWheels support provided necessary information for unpacking and setup (Kingsong information was hardly decipherable and could be improved with english translation).
