Initially ordered the 14D in black with the smaller 340 Wh battery, but after changing my mind on the battery size I asked them if I could upgrade to a 420 Wh model as the wheel had not be shipped yet. They quickly updated my order while offering me a nice rebate, and shipped the wheel that same day.
