eWheels blew me away. They provided, by default, service that made me feel legitimately respected... and I cannot think of another retail experience that has ever made me feel like that. Lithium batteries can be... exciting. And in this case, another electric unicycle (I hasten to point out: not a Veteran brand one!) burst into flames in the shipping container on the way over from China, which made every unit in the container (including mine) positively reak of horrible chemical death. So what did eWheels do? They _preemptively_ emailed me to let me know what was going on, and to assure me that if when it arrived it was a problem they'd make it right. They sent pictures of what had happened! They emailed me instructions for mitigating the smell if I chose to keep the unit... which I followed... and which worked. In some sense eWheels is making my overall retail experiences worse... because now I know what customer service can be.
