I am a long time rider of most things electric. Mainly hoverboards,the guys at E Wheels let me know that I was in for a whole new thrill. Besides actually communicating with you before and after your purchase arrives, this is a true team of people that WANT to make sure it gets to you(the wheel) as fast as humanly possible and with as much info about everything you may ask. Evensome that you don't ask. Not only that, the video from E Wheels was by far the best I watched on learning how to ride my EUC. I was up on my EUC and freerolling in about 20 to 30 minutes and was able to cross an entire soccer field within an hour.
