I've only order the v11 and some accessories through ewheels, but I have had LOTS of questions for them over the past few months.
They ways respond rather quickly with very helpful information. Always super pleasant despite my tons of questions.
My v11 arrived on time, in perfect working order. Can't wait to spend more time on it over the coming months.
