The communication from ewheels was excellent as my mten3 was tracked during the logistics crisis. I was able to pay with bitcoin which was a special bonus! eWheels sent me special instructions to activate the wheel, and the mten3 has been great. This wheel with low price and small size can climb like crazy. I've taken it on trails and the biggest limitation is the clearance of the pedals. The lights stopped working and ewheels offered to send me a new controller. The wheel has been very rugged as I was learning to ride for the first time and had hundreds of crashes on grass and pavement. The wheel only has some scratches to show for it.
