I bought the v11 and here is what happened: First i paid $500 as deposit on 3/18/2021 and i was supposed to wait till end of month but on 22nd i received email to pay remaining so i did. On 24th i received the wheel and used it for about 20 minutes but it was defected. I emailed the boys at Ewheels.com And they offered all the help needed They offered to send me the module that was bad for me to replace (after explaining the problem they right away knew what have happened) but i said no i prefer to send it back to them so they right away emailed me a free return label. It took about 4 days in total to go from covina CA to tuscon AZ get fixed and back Right at this moment its on the way to my house via FedEx. Also the air inflator was bad no questions asked they said they replaced it and they upgraded my charger to a rapid charger (i paid $50 on top of my regular charger)
