Love the fast response on all the emails, I hear nothing but good things about Ewheels, though I really hope they would communicate over the phone as well. I have recently order 2 new EUC from them, I had some concern with one of them and address it in details, they assure me the issue with photos that they have been fixed and updated, as it turns out it wasn't, looking at my friend's EUC who bought his a while ago was updated with metal screw mount, so not sure why I still got the old plastic version that broke off before I got a chance to ride it, I'm just glad they are sending me replacement part. Not really looking forward to have to take apart so soon.
