I purchased my wheel from eWheels before I had discovered the EUC community so wasn't aware of their stellar reputation. It is well deserved. My wheel shipped immediately, and the communication from eWheels was exactly what I wanted. But the very best part is the after-the-sale support I've received, and that's why I'll only trust my money with them. It's not that my wheel needed anything (it's been perfect), but I did want to modify it and eWheels supplied the parts. I had a few difficulties along the way (I'm not a wheel mechanic), and Jason and William and the support team walked me through it and helped me resolve all of my issues. I'm super happy with them and the way they run the business—my only wish is that they would find a shipping company that operates at the same high standard as does eWheels… FedEx ain't it.
