This company never ceases to amaze me. My second wheel order from ewheels, my first being a V10 and now I recently got an S18. Initially ordered too soon for funds to be ready, ewheels cancelled and refunded right away. When I finally made the true purchase Jason and the team were so reliable for responses. Every question I threw at them, they could recommend a solution or offer further clarification. My wheel was safely packaged and included the wrist guards as usual. The protective cover I ordered came super fast in 2 days, and the wheel came 2 days earlier than expected! I plan to stick with this company should their customer service and speed continue. Superb!
