From the initial phone call to the prompt emails and pics included showing how well the scooter was extra bubble wrapped on the inside to the moving blanket that was wrapped over the original box to the shrink wrapping that covered it all. The way the pic was sent to me at eWheels before shipping is the same exact way it arrived at my doorstep. Jason shipped it out the very same day it was ordered and sent a tracking number as well. Customer service is very important to me as I get a long of items shipped to me. This was my first time ordering from eWheels personally and I would definitely order from them again in the near future.
