I'm going to talk so highly of these guys it sounds fake but it's not here's the truth. I ordered the emotion L9 on a Sunday night Monday morning before 8:00 a.m. the guys in the shipping department had emailed me to tell me they had misquoted me on the shipping costs they wondered if we should cancel or what to do .I thought I should cancel so he did I was refunded almost instantly which is huge. Within 2 hours emailed me back telling me they could make the box a little bit and get it into a smaller size for FedEx ground shipping saved me $130 I got the scooter the following Tuesday which is six business days from Arizona to Vancouver British Columbia Canada I think that's unreal!!! Thank you guys so much for your help and for going the extra mile to save me some money I will definitely be ordering anything I can from you guys at ewheels
