I am new to the EUC world and recently just received my new Inmotion v11. I previously ordered an EUC from another competitor and ultimately canceled my order outright. What is funny now is that I watched so many videos on YouTube and other social Media sites giving high praises about ewheels customer service. During this time I asked myself many times, why I did not order from them in the first place. Stepping out on faith I decided to try again and order another EUC. On May 26, I placed an order for the V11 from ewheels and was immediately satisfied with the customer service. What ultimately stood out to me about ewheels was the direct communication that I was getting from them. Thanks to the ewheels team and EUC community I was able to reaffirm that I made the right choice. What I really liked about my experience was the fact that I had the ability to monitor my shipment in real time on the cago ship. I watched with enthusiasm by seeing my unit ship half way around the world from China to the United States. In my professional opinion if you are in the business of purchasing an EUC, I would highly recommend the ewheels family. Thank you, M. Ellis
