I bought the in motion v11 from ewheels on backorder. Within days I had a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival. The process was smooth and easy. This is my first wheel and it is nothing less than incredible. Power pads are now on their way with a separate tracking number. Will definitely be a return customer! Thanks again
