We have purchased three electric unicycles over the past 2 years from E-Wheels. We recently received our second Inmotion V11 so my wife and I each have one to ride. E-Wheels has done an outstanding job with service to exceed our expectations. The lead time for orders for our V11's was 3 months counting shipping delays, which is not within E-Wheels' control. They kept us informed with status updates of the order and promptly replied to inquiries. We experienced some issues with the saddle mount breaking on our first V11, but E-Wheels shipped us newly designed saddles next day, no charge. I highly recommend E-wheels!
