I don't know another company, providing same level of customer service, as eWheels. Their response is always very quick and knowledgeable. When I received my first wheel from them, immediately I had a problem. It was Sunday, mid day. I sent them a chat message and got a call back in no more than 5 min. I had a problem with my 2nd wheel, KS-16X, and after trying hard to help me, they sent me a shipping label for warranty service. In the meantime, I ordered my 3rd wheel from them - KS-S18. I received it in 2 (two!) days and the same FedEx truck took away my broken wheel for repairs.
