I purchased the Inmotion V11 from Ewheels because of all the positive feedback I heard and read about their customer service and I am very glad that I did because they have been wonderful. I have called and emailed Ewheels with questions before and after my purchase and both William and Jason have been very quick to respond. I would also like to mention that they are very quick to get your shipment out the door as well as emailing you a tracking number. I would definitely recommend Ewheels to anyone who is looking for an electric unicycle or electric scooter.
