Bought a VSett 10+ and it arrived in perfect condition! There was one delivery problem where I was sent an EUC incorrectly and had to return it before they were able to send me the VSett 10+ so there were delivery delays of a few days due to that. But otherwise, no problems. Great and timely communication via email answering any question I had.
Would buy from them again. Currently eyeing a steering damper from ewheels and interested in the VSett seat when it comes out.
