The website was simple and easy to navigate with the payment option was smooth as silk. I was later surprised to know that additional support was extended even before my e-scooter arrived. I was offered the how-to manual to get accustomed to my new purchase as well as a supporting rapid charger which even included a discount that was not delayed as soon as I ordered it. The follow-up emails with tracking were exceptional and they made me feel really good about my purchase. I am grateful that ewheels not only stands behind the product but encourages education on the product with support to boot. There was a slight hiccup with tracking as Fed-Ex advised it would arrive early, however it arrived as promised on the original date of anticpation and the same evening my rapid charger arrived.
