Pretty much the entire EUC community knows eWheels has great, personal customer service. eWheels also has a focus on safety, and has made a pattern of working with multiple manufacturers to use safer battery options. I will never buy an EUC from anyone else. For things they have in stock, shipping is quick and affordable.
My EUC has had age-related problems (almost 6000 miles, often trails) and they've provided helpful support and discounts to keep it running well. I can't think of any other company that is this invested in post-sale support.
But they aren't without their drawbacks. The website needs some modernization. And while I appreciate that they don't want to spam their customers with emails, I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for my EUC and would love more frequent updates. They are facing major delays due to their battery changes and the after-effects of the 2021 back-ups at the LA port and port customs. It's hard to fault eWheels, but if preorder speed is more important than customer service and safety, eWheels has not been quick with any of my 3 EUC preorders.
