I NEVER write reviews but I felt compelled to for eWheels. I'm relatively new to the EUC world(about 1 yr.)but once I got interested I knew I'd be hooked so I did my research on wheels & sellers, eWheels stood out in reviews. I purchased my V11 from them which was on back order, they kept in touch & updated shipments, answered almost immediately every time I emailed, answered every question I had every time, I had my cooling fan go out after a good tumble & they immediately sent me a new fan with instructional video to replace it, EZ/PZ. I just purchased my wife the V8F & paid for faster shipping, Literally had it the very next day even tho the eta was 3 days! I've mostly dealt with Eric & Jason. My 3rd wheel from them is already on order, I'll ALWAYS buy from these guys! Billy W.-
