Customer service here is awesome. The folks at eWheels do care about the customer which is important when you are spending a lot of money on fun toys! Any issues I have had, or questions I have had have been promptly handled and answered. The issues I have had are very minor and were immediately taken care of. Shipping times are great and the Vsett scooters I ordered (9 and 10+) have been awesome so far.
All of my communication with the company has been via email and 90% of the responses come back within an hour, sometimes a little more.
