The support from eWheels is on another level. Leading up to my purchase they were always responsive to any questions, but it didn't end there.
After getting the wheel and riding it for a bit, the tire went flat. I was heading out of town soon and ordered new tubes and paid to overnight them. In the morning the team saw this and refunded me the order and shipping AND sent me two tubes! They honestly didn't have to do any of this for me so it was very appreciated that they did.
