I purchased a V12 HS late last year from ewheels. After a quick ride around the block it would not power on. 2 hrs after emailing ewheels about this, they sent me a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. After the repair they sent me a video of my now working v12. I got my wheel back 2weeks after sending it. Nearly all of that 2 weeks was shipping time. 4 months later my wheel died due to the infamous V12 mosfet problem. This was a known and well understood issue with driver board. Once Inmotion had designed and manufactured new boards, they were sent to the distributors. Ewheels gave me the option of installing the board myself or shipping the wheel back to ewheels for them to do the work. I opted to do the self install. 2 months after that my wheel had yet another issue. within hours of emailing ewheels, they had shipped a new driver board to me which i installed. My V12 has been running flawlessly since. I now have 4000miles on the odometer. The bottom line with ewheels is this: they have always been incredibly proactive and have done everything within their power to do right by me. Not once have i had to coerce them into helping me and have never asked for additional payment for parts or shipping. I find their 'what can we do to help' attitude to be refreshing and rare in todays world. I will always make future purchases through ewheels especially given how much the manufacturers are lacking in basic QC these day. I cannot imagine the nightmare it would have been for me if I had purchased my V12 from another vendor.
