Having to change parts on a $4500 doesnt look great but i was told ahead of time. Still, just put the stuff on. Your basic consumer wont be able to get the air shock on. No directions or videos on how to install the rear air shock is infuriating considering that most people dont carry the proper tools to do this kind of work. Kick stand fell off the second day I used it. I put a little silicone on it. No problem. Quality control?? Scooter looks good and hopefully when i start to open it up, has no problems. Employees were nice and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Constructive criticism- just get some instructional videos going on, or some kind of directions on the stuff you send without having to ask for it. Other than that, im happy and i have already promoted the company several times from people asking about where to get the scooter. Just step it up a smidge, and you guys will be great.
