I'll start out by saying I live in Maui Hawaii, I was trying to find an electric unicycle. It has been near impossible to find a company that would ship to Hawaii, all other companies wanted a flat $400 sea freight which would take 5-6 weeks. Ewheels had an option for 2 day FedEx at $308. I instantly purchased the wheel. This was evening my time and before I could even wake up the next morning I had a message from Jason stating FedEx couldn't send the wheel but they could ship aloha freight and would only take a week. He then stated aloha freight was cheaper than the $308 FedEx and reimbursed me the difference. I ordered on December 6th and my wheel comes today December 13th. I should also add they threw in free powerpads which they did ship FedEx, I got those on December 8th. So if anyone in Hawaii is second guessing ewheels, here's your reason, aloha 🤙🏽
