I've been a member of the EUC community since the IPS Zero, released in 2015. I've watched the company quickly gain an exemplary reputation that remains to this day. They are the only company that consistently leverages orders with the manufacturers to push for important standards for safety, something the entire community benefits from. When I finally had the money to buy a new wheel (rather than used) I immediately turned to eWheels. They've been incredible in communication, sourcing parts, and making the EUC ownership experience seamless in an otherwise unstructured and rather niche community. Hats off to Jason and his team.
