My experience with eWheels was very positive. They were extremely responsive to questions and requests for support. They helped me select the best scooter for my needs, passing up an opportunity to upsell me. They are extremely knowledgeable about the e-TWOW products. When I needed parts (one to correct a minor manufacturing defect, one to replace something that I broke), they shipped extremely quickly and, for the parts that were not covered by warranty, price was very reasonable. Scooter prices were competitive. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them.
