I purchased my first wheel, KS 18XL, from ewheels based upon reports of their excellent customer service. I opted for a Roll.nz cover with the wheel and was contacted by Jason a day or two after purchase to inform me that the color I selected wasn't currently in stock however, he suggested an alternative color and provided me with an agreeable scenario for the inconvenience. After receiving the wheel I noticed that it was missing the mud guard so I reached out to support and Eric and Jason both responded within the same day and I received a mud guard within a few days. I'm very pleased with their service so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend conducting business with ewheels.
