I ordered a Gotway Begode T4 from them about a week ago. The package arrived a day earlier than their estimate and I was able to start learning the same day. They packaged the wheel perfectly. The outer box took the brunt of the travel damage, but the inner box was completely untouched, same for the wheel. Ewheels also sent improved footpads and battery casings already attached which were my two main concerns about the wheel. They also sent a set of wrist guards for free, which are nicely branded and better quality than the ones I planned to use from my onewheel. I really don't have any complaints.
