Great machine! I bought the V11, it's my first machine and my kids thinks I'm nuts, I'm 61 and if I can learn this, anyone can. Day 1, 2, and 3 were tough, day 4 was better, on day 5 , my brain just ," kicked in" and I started getting it. I Sent in- motion some short videos. I started wearing my safety gear on day 5. Eric at in-motion helped me through the process and gave me great advice. I was able to speak to in-motion on the phone, my pre-requisite for buying anything, much thanks to e-motion for a great buying experience!!
