Communication was excellent. I had many questions about my purchase, all of which were promptly answered. They even took the time to call me to address my concerns over the phone. Once the order was placed, the wheel was shipped the same day. This is the 3rd wheel I've bought from eWheels, and I will continue to purchase from them in the future.
