I have dealt with a ton of online retailers and eWheels is by far the best I have ever dealt with!! I placed an order and within minutes I had tracking numbers for my order. Jason reached out to let me know the order will be shipped the same day (the order was placed on a Friday). The following week I received my orders on Wednesday and Thursday via FedEx. I had a few questions about the scooter and Jason was super quick to reply with an answer!! I'd give additional stars if they were available!! Best experience from start to finish ever!!
