It was a pleasure to order from ewheels. I ordered and it was shipped out that same afternoon. Fed ex was two days late, but that has nothing to do with ewheels. After the purchase, I received an email, with tips about the scooter. These people are very professional and cordial. I tried ordering from a competitor prior and they were extremely rude for no reason. Ewheels is excellent.
