Ewheels has been the all time best company I've worked with as a customer regardless of product. They always reply fast, are very attentive and engaged, and treat me more like a friend doing me afavor than just another company. I bought my first wheel earlier this year (Kingsong s18) and after putting just over 1100 miles on it, decided it was time for another. They were very kind and open to talking through some different ideas with me and last week I got the Kingsong s22. It had a small charging issue and after reaching out to Ewheels about it they were quick to reply with known issues, and offered both support and send possibly replacement parts that may be needed the same day. Tl:dr: They are a very community oriented company that goes the extra mile every single time, regardless of how small or large the questions, thoughts, or concerns may be. You couldn't find better hands to take care of you while exploring the electric world
