Ordered a new Bogode Extreme on Dec 19, 2023. I picked up the unit next day and to my disappointment, they sent me a used unit by mistake. I call the company immediately and although they did not respond because it was after business hours, they immediately emailed me back. I explained what happened and they apologized and sent a brand new begode extreme within 2 business days. They took care of the mistake in a very timely and professional manner. I appreciate their quick response and correcting the situation. They also mailed me the upgraded shock set for the unit that was advertised on their website as part of the purchase. So overall eWheels has been professional and timely with all the transition. I actually have not had a chance to ride the unit yet, but i am confident that if i have any issues, they will be very helpful. So far I am pleased with the purchase and their professionalism.
