I ordered my first EUC on the evening of 12/28/23, expecting to receive it after the new year. After I submitted the order, I realized that I would also want one of the neoprene covers and power pads, so I ordered those separately. The folks at eWheels upgraded my shipping to priority overnight so that I would receive it BEFORE the holiday, and my V12 HT was received on 12/30/23. The cover and power pads also came separately, that same day. Day 3 of learning to ride, the kickstand broke on my V12. I ordered a new one. Then after submitting that order, ordered a universal EUC stand. The folks at eWheels refunded shipping for the V12 kickstand, and added it to the universal EUC stand package and shipped them out together. This kind of attention to customer detail is unique in most industries, and I am so grateful to feel that my (not insignificant) investment of over $2K for this PEV is going to a company whose people definitely seem to care about their customers. Thank you eWheels for conducting business in the way(s) that you do. I'll keep coming back to eWheels for all of my EUC needs! You have certainly made a consumer advocate out of me!
