My wife purchased the v3 Begode T4 from Ewheels for Christmas, I got to ride it on Christmas day for about a half hour and then discovered it wasn't charging. Ewheels customer service walked me through diagnosing and decided to ship the wheel back so they could fix it (they covered shipping!), turns out it was a bad charger and they provided a new one. I only have about 10km on the wheel thus far so I can't really review the wheel but my shopping experience and follow-up customer service have been next level. This is my third wheel purchased from Ewheels and I have consistently had this kind of customer service. They also fix any known issues with wheels before selling the product so you get a reliable UEC.
