I have been a customer since November 2019 and bought 4 wheels through eWheels. I cannot even begin how much I appreciate their service. It takes the scariness out of dealing with chinese companies, as they are the perfect liason between the manufacturers and us riders.
They are customer focused and extremely helpful with whatever problem you throw at them. They go out of their way to help and make sure that you as a customer are happy. I can highly recommend them for any PEV need.
