This was my first time shopping from ewheels, and it was an awesome experience. I ordered an EUC on Sunday night. It shipped the next day and I had it in hand just a few days later. Ewheels sent me an email shortly after my order to set expectations and give me a lot of helpful info, including providing links to several apps, which was really great as I am a first time EUC owner. I also reached out to them for some minor troubleshooting/questions, and they were super quick to respond and very friendly. The issue was related to the manufacturer’s app, and ewheels suggested an alternative app for them which I likely wouldn’t have found on my own. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.
