I'm a very technically capable person, so even without needing any particular "service" on my EUC, eWheels has really stood out in terms of their responsiveness and helpfulness overall. Their warranty coverage is fantastic, and even for some out-of-warranty products, they've provided support and even discounts to get me rolling again. I won't ever buy an EUC from anywhere else; the total amount of support, parts and coverage has more than covered the extra few bucks on the initial purchase, compared to discount distributors. They've also played an active role in offering charity for riders who can't afford repairs, and in sponsoring our local event.
