Purchased a wheel from a previous owner and crashed it. Luckily the previous owner sold me the wheel still under warranty. Ewheels guided me throughout the mailing process. Not only did they have my wheel back in under 14 days after receiving it, they also added a tire and repaired my trolley handle upon request. And the team sent Velcro I forgot to ask for. Amazing job.
