I first contacted Ewheels on a Sunday evening after researching various electric scooters online. Not expecting a response anytime soon, I was surprised when Jason contacted me less than 5 minutes later. Trying to decide between a few models over the course of several days, Jason was always quick to respond and honest about the positives and negatives regarding the different models. I eventually ended up purchasing two scooters - a Dualtron 3 and a Turbowheels Swift. While I was completely satisfied with my Dualtron 3 however, the Swift that I purchased for my daughter that Jason recommend was a big surprise. The quality of the Swift blew me away and was absolutely perfect for my 10 year old. Purchasing expensive items online that you’ve never had the opportunity to see in person requires a lot of trust between you and the salesman. I felt I could trust the guys at Ewheels so I made my purchases and wasn’t disappointed. Customer Service is paramount to me which is why I’m taking the time to write this review for Ewheels - highly recommended!
