It was an easy buying experience. i was sent a confirmation same day and shipping/tracking info day after ordering. The delivery estimate was accurate the whole time. Before it arrived, EWheels sent me an email about a different app that they recommend, after unlocking the wheel, (locked for travel, must have smartphone to unlock) with the King Song app, i realized why they suggested a different app and went to try that. It was better in most aspects but lacked important wheel info like total distance traveled on wheel, that the original app shows. So sometimes i need to switch between apps, can be a pain. that's a KS problem, but ewheels helped with a solution before i had to ask anything. I haven't needed to contact ewheels because everything has gone great
