I watched a bunch of EUC videos and finally I decided to go for it. Before purchasing I reached out to their customer support to ask a few tax questions / shipping questions and they got back to me really. I was impressed. I ordered the 16x and the shipping time was was pretty good. I have about 500 miles on my wheel and I'm really happy with my purchase. I will buy from them again. The fact that their customer care is a top priority is what gives me confidence. Solid product from a great company
