I like the material of the black X-Mat I purchased for my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport cargo area and the black goes well with the car's interior but the fit of the original mat I received was a bit off. The fit was not bad enough to return but I was expecting precision. When I reported the issue, I got a quick response. A very helpful staff member named Ben went out to research the exact measurements needed at a dealership (finding the right year, model and make in the current shortage in the car market could not have been easy!), he kept me updated by email and the company produced a new mat for me that really was a custom fit at no extra charge. I was very impressed with the lengths Ben went to to ensure my total satisfaction. I got a level of service I never expected in this day and age. Thank you Ben and thank you Exactmats!
